24 October 2008 - Day 1
With the long weekend ahead, we headed over to Kuching, Sarawak for an eating holiday ! We have heard a lot about Sarawak Laksa, Kolo Mee, Tomato Mee, ..... so, why not give it a try ! We left for Kuching on a Friday evening and once we touched down, we headed over to this place called Big Potato for its Kolo Mee and Tomato Mee.

According to some, this is where the 3 Layer Teh C Peng was 'born' !!

Chai tau kueh should be called cha kueh. There's another type of kueh called cha tau kueh which is a type of traditional kueh.
