Restaurant Dragon Star in Kampung Tunku

This restaurant is in a short row of shops in Kampung Tunku and where RHB Bank used to be, next to the Mobil Petrol Station.  If I'm not mistaken, one of the chefs was formerly from Sam Yau Restaurant in PJ State (new town).  Food's good here but remember not to go there too late on a Sunday evening, it's packed !!

As usual, we have passed by this restaurant wheneve we went to The Gardens but haven't tried it till then.  Boy!  We have missed lots !!  The food here is good and if not for the horrendous traffic 'outside' I would love to come here again !

Steamboat up in the hills !

Meant to mention this restaurant up in Gohtong Jaya (on the way to Genting Highlands) but I'm always so hungry and waiting to eat the food that I forget to take pictures !!  We like coming here for steamboat we get to eat in comfort with the cool breeze from the highlands !

For a cheap meal for the family, this may be the place to go.  They also have a fishing pond next to the restaurant !  But bear in mind that it is extremely packed by 6.30pm !!  When we went there for dinner one night, we had to wait nearly an hour for our food.  Maybe we should have gone there later, like after 7.30pm?
